Terms of use

Last updated 2026-08-01

These terms govern your use of streamproin.com. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Editorial nature

Stream is an editorial publication covering esports. Content is provided for information and commentary. It is not betting advice, investment advice, legal advice or medical advice. Confirmed facts are attributed. Editorial scenarios are labelled as such.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution for non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, misrepresent the desk's content as your own, or use the site to distribute malware or spam.

Sponsored routes

Sponsored routes are clearly labelled. Following a sponsored route takes you to a third-party destination subject to that destination's own terms. Stream is not responsible for third-party destinations.

Intellectual property

Editorial text and original design on Stream are owned by the desk unless otherwise noted. Third-party trademarks, team names and game titles remain the property of their owners and are used for identification and commentary.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is. The desk does not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free at every moment, though we maintain a named verification method and a public corrections route. To the extent permitted by law, the desk is not liable for losses arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The last-updated date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Written terms stay on the ledger. Clauses are re-checked whenever the method changes.

Illustrative content

Some pages use illustrative team names, player handles, bracket geometry and match tickers to teach the broadcast-newsroom format. Illustrative content is labelled as such and is not a claim about live results, verified rosters or real-world outcomes. When a real source is wired in, illustrative labels are replaced with attributed claims.

No professional advice

Nothing on the site is betting advice, investment advice, legal advice or medical advice. Confirmed facts are attributed. Editorial scenarios are labelled. Readers should not treat either as a recommendation to wager, invest or take any particular action.

Linking and attribution

You may link to Stream pages and quote short passages with attribution for non-commercial commentary, criticism and education. You may not present Stream content as your own work, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, or use automated means to overwhelm the servers.

Third-party marks

Game titles, team names, circuit names and broadcaster names remain the property of their owners. They appear on Stream for identification and editorial commentary. No endorsement by those owners is implied unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the desk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site. The desk maintains a named verification method and a public corrections route; that method does not create a warranty of completeness at every moment.

Governing considerations

These terms are designed for a global audience of a static editorial site. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Questions about the terms can be sent to [email protected].

Availability

The site is provided as a static editorial publication. We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Maintenance, infrastructure changes and force majeure can affect availability. The desk will note material outages in the edition masthead when practical.

User conduct

You may not use the site to distribute malware, run abusive automated traffic, attempt to gain unauthorised access to infrastructure, or harass desk staff via the contact routes. The desk may ignore or block abusive correspondence.

Indemnity for misuse

If you misuse the site in a way that causes claims against the desk — for example by scraping content and misrepresenting it as your own in a commercial product — you are responsible for the consequences of that misuse to the extent permitted by law.

Severability and entire agreement

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the responsible-play policy, are the editorial site's governing documents for visitors.

Contact for terms questions

Terms questions go to [email protected]. Corrections to editorial content go to [email protected] and follow the corrections method, not these terms.

Editorial licence to readers

You receive a limited licence to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote with attribution. You may not republish entire chapters as your own product.

Teaching use in classrooms and community workshops is welcome with attribution and without paywalling Stream's full text as your coursepack without permission.

Automated bulk downloading that degrades service is outside the licence. Polite crawling that respects robots.txt is fine.

If you want a commercial licence, write to desk@. There is no obligation to grant one.

Affiliate and third-party terms

Sponsored routes hand you to third parties. Their terms apply after the hop. Stream's terms apply to Stream. Do not assume Stream controls partner products, odds, payouts or support.

External support organisation links are third-party resources. Their terms apply on their sites.

Embedded content, if introduced later, will be disclosed. None is required for core reading today.

First-party affiliate path /Login/playnow is a redirect, not an endorsement of every partner page you might see after login.

Updates and contact

Terms update when the product or legal needs change. Continued use after update is acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the site.

Editorial corrections are not terms updates. They follow the corrections method.

Contact desk@ for terms questions and corrections@ for content errors.

These terms should be read with the privacy policy and responsible-play policy.

Editorial scenarios and no reliance

Match ledgers separate confirmed facts from editorial scenarios. Scenarios are interpretations. They are not promises of future results. You may not rely on Stream content as a basis for wagering, investment or other financial decisions. If you do so anyway, you accept that risk entirely.

Illustrative teaching devices are labelled. Treating an illustrative roster or bracket fragment as a live verified result is a misuse of the content.

Service changes and discontinuation

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the site. We may update chapters, retire outdated notes or alter navigation. Continued availability of any particular URL is not guaranteed, though we aim to keep canonical routes stable and to use redirects when a path must move.

Material product changes that affect these terms will update the last-updated stamp. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.

Feedback licence

If you send tips, corrections or product feedback, you grant Stream a non-exclusive right to use the factual content of that feedback to improve the editorial product and to publish corrections. You still own your message. We do not claim copyright over your words beyond the limited right needed to operate the desk and publish stamps.

Do not send confidential third-party information you are not allowed to share. Source protection requests are handled under the contact chapter, not as a contractual NDAs with every tipper.

Trademarks and fair use

Stream’s brand mark and site design are editorial identifiers. You may not use them to imply partnership without permission. Third-party marks appear for identification and commentary. Fair-use and local exceptions may apply to quotation and criticism; they do not grant a right to scrape the entire site into a competing product.

No agency relationship

Nothing on the site creates a partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between you and Stream. Sponsored destinations are independent. Support organisations linked from the responsible-play chapter are independent.

Governing law note

Stream is a static global editorial site. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction still apply to the extent they cannot be waived. Where local law requires a specific forum or rights statement, those mandatory rules prevail over conflicting optional clauses here.

Questions about these terms: [email protected]. Content corrections: [email protected].

Export and scraping limits

You may not operate bulk scrapers that degrade service, harvest the full chapter set for a competing product, or strip source attribution from Stream prose. Polite crawling that respects robots.txt and ordinary browser access remains welcome. If you need a dataset licence, write to desk@ rather than scraping first and asking later.

Automated systems summarising Stream for end users should preserve the distinction between confirmed facts and editorial scenarios and should not invent live brackets, scores, rosters or patch details when the underlying chapter labels content as illustrative.

Survival

Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, feedback licence and indemnity survive termination of your use of the site. If you stop using Stream, those clauses still govern past use to the extent permitted by law.
